Bu politika, ChatGPT içinde çalışan Gümüşhaneden uygulamasını kapsar. gumushaneden.com internet sitesinin kullanımı, sitedeki Gizlilik Sözleşmesi ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni kapsamındadır.
ChatGPT'nin kendisi OpenAI tarafından işletilir ve konuşmanız OpenAI'ın kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamındadır. Bize yalnızca, siz uygulamayı tetiklediğinizde o çağrıya ait bilgiler ulaşır.

İstek metniniz kaydedilmiyor. Uygulama sorgunuzu yalnızca cevabı üretmek için işler; kayıtlara metnin kendisi değil, "istek geldi ve şu kadar uzundu" bilgisi yazılır. Bu, kayıt tutma tercihimiz değil: isteğe cevap vermek metni saklamayı gerektirmiyor.
İl bilgisi adres değildir. Kargo süresi tahmini için yalnızca siz söylediyseniz il kullanılır; uygulama il sormaz. Alan 81 ilden oluşan kapalı bir listedir — açık adres, ilçe, mahalle, posta kodu veya koordinat girilemez.
Diyet tercihi bir sağlık verisi olarak toplanmaz. Yalnızca ürün elemek için üç seçenekten (glutensiz/organik/şekersiz) ibarettir, saklanmaz ve bir sağlık durumu çıkarımı için kullanılmaz.
Uygulamanın döndürdüğü bilgiler. Yanıtlar mağazanın herkese açık ürün verilerinden oluşur: ürün adı, fiyat, indirim durumu, stok, gramaj, görsel ve mağaza bağlantısı; hediye setinde her kalemin seçilme gerekçesi; kargo sorusunda kargo koşulları; sepet oluşturulduğunda mağazadaki ödeme sayfasının bağlantısı. Çıktıların hiçbiri sizin hakkınızda veri içermez ve hiçbir çıktı tarafımızca saklanmaz.
Toplamadığımız veriler: adınız, adresiniz, telefon numaranız, e-posta adresiniz, ödeme/kart bilgileriniz, kimlik numaranız, sağlık kayıtlarınız, konum koordinatlarınız.
Sohbet geçmişiniz bize gelmez. Uygulama yalnızca sizin isteğiniz üzerine çağrıldığı anda, o çağrıya ait bilgileri görür. ChatGPT'deki konuşmanızın tamamını okuyamaz, alamaz ve yeniden oluşturamaz.
Sizi tanımlamıyoruz. Kayıtlara kullanıcı kimliği, hesap bilgisi veya kalıcı bir tanımlayıcı yazılmaz; kayıtlar kişi bazında birleştirilemez. Kayıtlardaki istek kimliği tek bir çağrıyı teknik olarak izlemeye yarar, bir kişiye değil.
Otomatik maskeleme (ikinci savunma hattı). İstek metni kaydedilmediği için normalde maskelemeye gerek kalmaz. Yine de bir arıza incelemesi sırasında metin kaydı geçici olarak açılırsa, yazılmadan önce otomatik temizlikten geçer: e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, kimlik numarası, IBAN, kart numarası ve adres benzeri ifadeler silinir. Örneğin "ali@ornek.com için köme" kaydı "[eposta] için köme" olarak tutulur.
Başka hiçbir amaç yoktur. Verilerinizi profilleme, reklam hedefleme, size özel fiyatlama veya yapay zekâ modeli eğitimi için kullanmıyoruz; satmıyoruz.

OpenAI ChatGPT'yi işleten ayrı bir veri sorumlusudur; konuşmanız onun politikası kapsamındadır. Verileriniz Cloudflare ve Resend üzerinden yurt dışında işlenebilir.
Verilerinizi satmıyoruz, reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflara aktarmıyoruz.
Uygulama içinde ödeme alınmaz. Sepetiniz hazırlandığında gumushaneden.com'a yönlendirilirsiniz; ödeme ve teslimat bilgileri yalnızca orada, mağazanın kendi gizlilik ve KVKK metinleri kapsamında işlenir.
Uygulamanın verdiği mağaza ve ödeme bağlantıları, ziyaretin ChatGPT'den geldiğini belirten
kaynak etiketleri taşır (utm_source=chatgpt ve benzeri). Bu
etiketler mağazanın kendi ziyaret istatistiklerinde görünür; kişiyi tanımlamaz, yalnızca
trafiğin hangi kanaldan geldiğini gösterir.
Bu politika değişirse bu sayfadaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi güncellenir. Türkçe ve İngilizce metinler birebir aynı içeriği taşır.

This policy covers the Gümüşhaneden app running inside ChatGPT. Use of the gumushaneden.com website is covered by the website's own privacy documents.
ChatGPT itself is operated by OpenAI and your conversation is governed by OpenAI's own privacy policy. We receive only the information belonging to a specific call, and only when you trigger the app.

Your request text is not recorded. The app processes your query only to produce the answer; what goes into our records is "a request arrived and it was this long", not the text itself. This is not a matter of preference: answering the request does not require keeping the text.
A province is not an address. A province is used only for a delivery estimate and only if you already mentioned one; the app never asks for it. The field is a closed list of Türkiye's 81 provinces — no street address, district, neighbourhood, postcode or coordinates can be entered.
Dietary preference is not collected as health data. It is limited to three options (gluten-free / organic / sugar-free) used to filter products; it is not stored and is never used to infer a health condition.
What the app returns. Responses consist of the store's publicly available product data: product name, price, discount status, stock, weight, images and store links; for a gift set, the reason each item was chosen; for a shipping question, the shipping terms; and when a cart is created, the link to the checkout page on the store. None of the outputs contain data about you, and no output is stored by us.
What we do not collect: your name, address, phone number, email address, payment or card details, national identifiers, health records, or location coordinates.
We do not receive your chat history. The app only sees the information belonging to the specific request you triggered. It cannot pull, reconstruct or infer your ChatGPT conversation.
We do not identify you. No user identifier, account information or persistent identifier is written to our records, and records cannot be joined together per person. The request id in our records traces a single technical call, not a person.
Automatic redaction (second line of defence). Because request text is not stored, redaction is normally unnecessary. If text logging is temporarily enabled during an incident investigation, the text is scrubbed before it is written: email addresses, phone numbers, national identifiers, IBANs, card numbers and address-like strings are removed.
There is no other purpose. We do not use your data for profiling, advertising, personalised pricing or AI model training, and we do not sell it.

OpenAI operates ChatGPT as a separate data controller; your conversation is governed by its policy. Your data may be processed outside Türkiye by Cloudflare and Resend.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
No payment is taken inside the app. When your cart is ready you are directed to gumushaneden.com, where payment and delivery details are handled under the store's own privacy terms.
Store and checkout links returned by the app carry source tags indicating
the visit came from ChatGPT (utm_source=chatgpt and similar). These tags appear
in the store's own visit statistics; they identify a channel, not a person.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date on this page is updated. The Turkish and English texts carry exactly the same content.
